The module is designed for blowing standard E1-E3 cassettes with a maximum capacity of 240 pcs./hour. Its gripping and control are completely autonomous. The module input is designed for direct connection to the washing machine. As an option, a passive conveyor, 700 mm long , is offered at the end of the zone.

The blowing of the cassettes is carried out by high-pressure centrifugal fans, feeding air knife type nozzles, which blow the cassettes from all sides.
The movement of the cassettes is carried out with a stainless chain driven by a gear motor with a sliding clutch.
The machine is made of stainless steel 1.4301 ( AISI 304) and complies with directives 2006/42/EC and 2006/95/ EC , and USDA regulations.
