Frozen Meat Cutting Guillotine SK150, 80.0115.00
The machine is designed for cutting blocks of frozen meat with a temperature of -3° to -28°C.
The block of frozen meat is placed on a feeding chute, which is lifted by a pneumatic cylinder. Through up-and-down movements, horizontal and vertical knives (driven by a hydraulic system) cut the block.
The machine is designed with a safety cover with a safety switch, providing automatic shutdown to protect personnel from injury.
The machine is made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) and complies with directives 2006/42/EC and 2006/95/EC and USDA regulations .
