The machine is designed for cutting fish heads. The machine is driven entirely pneumatically.

The fish is placed in the correct position and by pressing the buttons the knife is set in motion. The removed heads are collected in a container located under the machine.

The knife can only be operated by pressing the buttons simultaneously. This ensures the necessary safety for personnel.

The machine is made of AISI 316 stainless steel and complies with directives 2006/42/EC and 2006/95/ EC and USDA regulations .
