The machine is designed for washing non-standard ( different in size and shape ) packaging and parts - cheese molds, machine parts, etc.

The products are placed in the drum basket and the door is closed. The washing is done with recirculated water from the tank, and the rinsing is done with water from the water supply network. During both processes, an electromechanical door lock ensures the necessary safety of the personnel.

The duration of the washing and rinsing programs is set by the operator depending on the soiling of the products. The washing concentrate is dosed manually into the tank before starting the process or optionally by an automatic system with concentration measurement.

The machine is made of stainless steel 1.4301 ( AISI 304) and complies with directives 2006/42/EC and 2006/95/ EC , and USDA regulations .
